Normally formatted as a tab, this broadsheet cover page was not just disruptive for it's size, but for the elegant Easter table setting that gave full attention and appetite appeal to all the price items that make up this traditional holiday meal.

The broadsheet pages that followed the attractive cover picked up all the same thematic elements and had a mix of free flow and grid positioned items broken up into their logical grocery categories. I worked with the copy writer to make sure the messages conveyed the Mariano's tone throughout the ad.

After getting approval on a concept cover layout, I developed the photo plan to communicate the overall composition and style. My photographer and food stylists did a great job capturing the desired look.
